Jaak Toomsalu: Owner/Directior
Founder and general manager for Caviar Consulting, Jaak has been in the culinary industry for the past 18 years, studying culinary arts, pastry and business administration while developing his career in Europe working as an executive chef in several luxury hotels. He is a passionate chef and restaurant entrepreneur, working the last 6 years in Costa Rica as an Executive Chef, business entrepreneur, culinary director and consultant in the food and beverage industry, as well as in kitchen design and restaurant development.
Past projects include: Reserva Conchal Beach Club, Santa Ana Country Club, Hotel Three Sixty, TikiVillas Rainforest Lodge and Jaak´s Seafood Restaurant.
